Every day, thousands of FMCG and baby care orders leave a warehouse. Each order looks simple on paper. But when the customer opens it three days later, something is wrong.

Too many manual steps, too many order errors

Batch and expiry dates weren't tracked

The warehouse knew they had stock, but not which batches were where, or which ones were expiring soon. When a customer received a product nearing expiry, there was no way to trace it back or prevent it from happening again. For categories like baby food and chocolates, such uncertainty was a serious operational risk.

Automated invoice and label printing

When a packer scans a product, the system validates the order and prints the invoice and shipping label, only when everything matches. Wrong quantity, missing item, extra SKU? The order doesn't move. No bulk printing, no manual label matching.

Full batch and expiry management

Every inbound lot is logged with batch number, manufacture date, and expiry. The system tracks stock by SKU, batch and location and automatically ships the nearest-to-expiry stock first (FEFO). Dashboards flag batches expiring in 30, 60 or 90 days, giving the team time to act before stock is wasted.

Simplified scan-and-pack workflow

One screen. Scan, validate, print, ship. No invoice reading, no manual cross-checking. The pack station that used to create queues now moves orders through in a fraction of the time. Same-day handover is the standard, not the exception.

Structured MRP transition process

MRP is captured at the batch level during inbound. When prices change, the system shows exactly how much stock exists at each price point, so teams can decide when to clear old MRP and when to start shipping the new one. The invoice always matches the batch being shipped. No complaints, no audit flags.
