In Master Traceability, combine optional scope filters or use a pasted/uploaded serial-number list, which overrides the other scope filters.

Select the required dossier sheets, generate the report, and wait for Recent exports to show Completed, the unit count, and the XLSX filename.

Open Export Details to confirm type, format, state, file size, applied filters, processed rows, and progress before downloading.

Use View all changes and Recent Changes for the available actor, action, affected record, and timestamp evidence. Confirm that any separate full-history destination works in the target environment before relying on it.

Rules to remember
- A serial-number list overrides the other Master Traceability scope filters.
- A Completed export is not sufficient evidence by itself; verify processed rows, progress, file size, applied filters, and file contents.
- The required audit evidence is available from the verified history view in the target environment.
Configure for the client
- Match KPIs, dashboard filters, alert thresholds, shift handovers, maintenance plans, report access, export schedules, and audit review cadence to the client's governance model.
- Validate the configured behaviour with approved test data in the target environment before production use.
Ready when
- The dossier scope and selected sheets match the investigation question.
- The operational export contains the intended filtered records.
