How Fynd unified platform gave Klub Fox one connected system for its Mumbai warehouse and its Shopify and Myntra order flow.

Most fast-growing fashion brands don’t struggle because they lack sales channels. Their real challenge is that these channels don’t communicate with each other or with the warehouse fulfilling the orders.
Klub Fox understands this issue well. With over 250 exclusive stores across India and a growing presence on Shopify and Myntra, the menswear brand had created solid demand across multiple channels. However, its warehouse and online storefronts weren’t operating on the same data, which meant inventory, orders and returns all had to be reconciled manually.
This is where Fynd came into play, providing Klub Fox with a unified system to manage both its warehouse and sales channels seamlessly.

How it works in practice
The takeaway
Fynd rolled out two integrated parts of its platform for Klub Fox: Fynd WMS at the Mumbai warehouse and an order management system with marketplace connector to handle orders and inventory across all channels.
Klub Fox didn’t have to change the way its warehouse operated or rebuild its Shopify store from scratch. The team simply uploaded its existing warehouse layout, SKUs and channel listings into Fynd’s platform and the system took care of the rest.
Once up and running, here’s what the setup manages for Klub Fox:
Stock received against purchase orders is checked and recorded at the SKU level, matching what arrived against what was ordered - no manual counting needed.
Incoming stock is inspected and classified as accepted, rejected or damaged, then stored in the right warehouse bins, tracked by zone, rack and bin.
When an order comes in, the warehouse team picks the right SKUs, packs them and sends them off, all tracked within the same system.
The warehouse team uses handheld terminals to pick and locate the right inventory in the right size, with image and SKU scan validation at each step, cutting out the human error that comes with manual picking.
Returned stock goes through its own inbound and QC process, then is sorted back into sellable or non-sellable inventory, so nothing goes missing.
Orders from Shopify, Myntra and other marketplaces appear in one place, so Klub Fox doesn’t have to check each channel separately.
As stock moves through the warehouse, available inventory management is automatically updated across all connected channels.
For a brand managing stores, a Shopify site and a marketplace presence simultaneously, this was a game-changer:
Warehouse counts and channel listings stay synced without anyone updating spreadsheets.
Shopify and Myntra orders show up together, making it easy to track fulfillment without toggling between dashboards.
Every return follows the same QC and storage process as new stock, so it’s always accounted for.
Every step, from GRN to dispatch is logged in real time, instead of relying on memory or paper records.
Any brand juggling a warehouse alongside multiple online channels deals with some version of this disconnect.
The heart of this setup is the link between the warehouse and its connected sales channels.
When an order comes in via Shopify or Myntra, Fynd directs orders to the warehouse management system as a task for the warehouse. Once the warehouse team picks, packs and dispatches the order, the update flows back through the order management system to the originating channel. The same process runs backward for returns:
a return arrives
goes through QC in the warehouse
the updated stock information syncs across all connected channels
No one has to manually verify that the warehouse and storefront data match. The system is designed to keep them perfectly aligned.
Klub Fox didn’t have to rebuild its warehouse or online stores to bring them together. By putting WMS on the Mumbai warehouse floor and connecting Shopify, Myntra and other marketplaces through Fynd OMS and Konnect, the brand now manages its fulfillment and channels using one reliable set of numbers.
Any brand managing a warehouse alongside multiple sales channels can seize the same opportunity.
