Logistics
Enhancement
Use fulfilment options as filters on PLP (Product Listing Page)
You can now show fulfilment options as filters on the Product Listing Page (PLP) based on shipping zones linked to the customer’s location. This helps customers quickly understand shipping speed and choose how they want to receive their order. Merchants can now offer hyperlocal, express, or standard delivery on PLP, showing only options available for the customer’s location. When a customer enters their location, all applicable fulfilment options are identified and the catalog is loaded accordingly. Relevant fulfilment options appear as filters and are also shown as badges on product cards. Applying a filter updates both the catalog and the promise shown on each product. You can choose to show or hide fulfilment option badges and promise on product cards.
- Fulfilment option filters work best when shipping zones are configured
- Product cards show the fastest available fulfilment option by default
- Applying a filter updates both catalog and promise on products

Order Management System
Enhancement
Sellers can change delivery partner from OMS
Sellers can now change the delivery partner directly from the OMS using the edit (pen) option. This is available for orders in early stages such as placed, confirmed, invoiced, and store reassigned. When a seller selects a preferred delivery partner, the system prioritises it during assignment while still following the platform’s default priority logic. If the selected partner is unavailable, the system automatically tries the next available option.
- Available to store manager, company admin, and operations users
- Seller-selected delivery partner is prioritised during assignment
- If unavailable, the system falls back to the next partner automatically
- Shipment is locked after change, and invoice/label needs regeneration
