A homegrown Indonesian fast-fashion label built on social-first marketing, a fast drop cadence and price accessibility. It runs a national network of 100+ owned and franchise outlets alongside a D2C website and storefronts on Indonesia's major marketplaces. New styles drop weekly, and roughly 60% of revenue still originates in physical stores, while the fastest growth comes from live commerce and marketplace campaigns.
The brand had scaled its channels faster than the systems beneath them. Stores ran on a legacy point of sale installed outlet by outlet, syncing to head office in overnight batches. The website and each marketplace carried their own inventory buffer, maintained by hand. Every online order was picked from a single distribution centre in Greater Jakarta, regardless of where the customer lived or where the item was actually available.
With fashion's size and colour matrix, a “one style, one SKU” model broke down constantly. A style could show as in stock nationally while every store within 500 km was out of the two sizes that actually sell. Customers outside Java waited days for garments sitting on a shelf twenty minutes away. Associates turned people away rather than sell them a size held at another outlet. And Ramadan and Lebaran, the largest apparel demand window in the Indonesian calendar, arrived each year as a scramble rather than a plan.
The brand partnered with Fynd to replace its store-by-store POS with a connected retail layer, and to make every outlet an addressable fulfillment node.
Every outlet operated as an island. Overnight batch syncs meant head office worked from stock positions up to a day stale. Pricing and promotion changes had to be pushed outlet by outlet, and often landed inconsistently during campaign weeks. Owned and franchise stores ran different processes with no common reporting line. Returns could only be processed where the original purchase was made. And nothing above individual store level offered size or colour visibility, which is the unit that actually matters in apparel.
Solution. Fynd deployed Fynd POS across the network as a single cloud-connected point of sale. Real-time inventory sync replaced batch updates, giving head office and every store a live position at SKU and size level. Pricing, promotions and markdowns became centrally controlled and publishable network-wide in one action. An apparel-native product model made size, colour and fit first-class attributes rather than SKU suffixes. QRIS, e-wallet, card and bank transfer payments were connected through the brand's existing provider, with settlements reconciled automatically against POS transactions.
Buy-anywhere, return-anywhere workflows went live across all outlets, while store teams got faster billing and fewer taps at the till.
Impact. Live stock accuracy across the network at size level. Campaign pricing live everywhere in minutes rather than days. Roughly 35% faster transactions at the till. Payment reconciliation reduced from days to hours per cycle. Franchise and owned outlets reporting on one set of numbers.
The brand's most valuable customer is the one already standing in the shop. But when her size or colour was out at that outlet, the sale simply ended, even though the item existed elsewhere in the network. For a label running weekly drops this compounded fast. The sizes that sell out first are the sizes most customers want, and the tail of every drop was being wasted across outlets that could not see each other's stock.
Solution. Fynd enabled Endless Aisle on the store POS. Associates now search live inventory across every outlet and warehouse directly from the till, then sell an item held elsewhere and ship it to the customer's address, or offer reserve-and-collect nearby. The transaction closes in the same visit, on the same bill, rather than becoming a referral to the website where the brand competes against every marketplace ad the customer sees next.
Impact. A 43% reduction in lost sales from in-store size and colour stockouts. Around 18% of store transactions now include at least one endless-aisle line. Materially improved sell-through on the tail of each weekly drop.
Every online order was picked from the Greater Jakarta DC. For a customer in Jabodetabek that worked. For a customer in Makassar or Medan it meant a long wait, higher shipping cost and a materially higher return-to-origin rate. Meanwhile the brand held stock and staff in both those cities, sitting in stores, invisible to the online channel. The same blind spot made every peak a forced choice: hold stock back per channel and lose sales, or expose the same units everywhere and oversell.
Solution. Fynd connected the network with Fynd OMS and WMS, making ship-from-store the default wherever it was faster. Intelligent routing evaluates every order against live size-level stock, outlet capacity, and the customer's location and island. Orders re-route automatically when the first-choice location cannot fulfil, with no manual intervention and no cancellation. Delivery partners are auto-assigned by lane, so intra-city and inter-island orders take different carriers.
Store-level pick, pack and dispatch workflows were built for associates who are also serving the floor, with capacity limits per outlet. A single shared inventory pool across all channels removed manual buffers entirely, so peak readiness became a staged rule set rather than a war room.
Impact. 27% of online orders now fulfilled from stores. Delivery outside Java 2.1 days faster. Around 22% lower average shipping cost per order on non-Java lanes. A sharp drop in distance-driven cancellations, fewer marketplace SLA breaches through Ramadan and Harbolnas, and seller ratings protected during the highest-traffic weeks of the year.
The brand now runs stores, D2C and marketplaces as one operation, with inventory as a single national pool and stores as fulfillment infrastructure. Next on the roadmap: same-day and next-day delivery in dense metros, store-level demand signals feeding the weekly drop plan, deeper live-commerce routing so a TikTok Shop spike goes straight to whichever outlet holds the size, and clienteling so associates can follow up with the customers they served on the floor.
