Step-by-step in Forge
Navigation: Manufacturing → Production → Work Orders or Production Tasks
- Find the record: Search for the Work Order or Production Task and open it.
- Review the current status: Check the status chip and current Routing operation.
- Open Route Logs: Select the history, timeline, or Route Logs tab.
- Inspect an event: Open an entry to review Station, operator, result, timestamps, Components, and exceptions.
- Filter or export: Apply the available filters or export the history when it is needed for investigation.

Rules to remember
- Work Order status and Task status answer different questions.

- Hold, repair, rework, and scrap can interrupt the normal progression.
