Fynd took centerstage as a part of the Jio enterprise team at India Mobile Congress (IMC) last month! We showcased AI-powered tools designed to streamline shopping journeys and behind the scenes operations. Our solutions—ranging from immersive virtual try-ons to AI-helmed cataloging tools—demonstrated the growing utility of AI in retail.
Our tools generated a lot of buzz and attracted a varied audience from commerce, defence, public service, government, energy and tech sectors. Let’s recap Fynd’s eventful visit to IMC 2024 from the 15th to the 18th of October.
Brief overview about IMC
The India Mobile Congress (IMC) is a premier platform for tech and telecom companies to launch/display their future-forward solutions to a highly relevant international audience.Organized by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), IMC has become one of Asia’s most prominent technology expos. Since its launch, IMC has been a key platform for bringing together industry leaders, government representatives, academia, and other key players to showcase and discuss the latest trends in Telecom, Media, Technology (TMT), and Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
For Fynd, IMC 2024 was the perfect stage to demonstrate our innovative retail solutions, connect with a global audience and position ourselves as a key SaaS provider in the Asian market.

Here’s what was on our ‘AI for Retail’ showcase at IMC 2024:

It was built to fill a key gap in the existing market—the need for a GenAI platform that generates accurate, high-quality Indian images. Our AI-powered styling guide and chatbot currently deployed on our Gen Z fashion website gofynd. com. Fify can assist customers with semantics-based styling suggestions and guide them through the entire purchasing journey from product discovery right up till checkout. It can also answer post purchase questions about delivery and invoicing.
Note: Fify is an implement of our platform Copilot.live where users can create their own custom chatbots!
