Hacktimus 2025 – The Builders Who Shipped

Hacktimus set out to answer a quiet but critical question: Could someone, without access to internal teams or legacy context, build real tools on the Fynd stack—tools that work, scale, and deliver actual value?
The response came not through theory, but through code. In just 14 days, developers from across the country explored what FDK, Boltic, PixelBin, Copilot, and Ratl could enable. From over 35 submitted projects, five made it all the way to production-readiness.
These projects weren’t just exercises in engineering. They were signals. Each one surfaced a different opportunity space within commerce. They explored loyalty, analytics, bundling, discovery, and styling—solved through composable tools and generative logic.
Out of 35+ submissions, five solutions stood out for their readiness, innovation, and impact. After careful review and deliberation, here are the winners from Hacktimus 2025.
Winner: VIP Customer Exclusivity
The VIP Customer Exclusivity extension is an end-to-end loyalty engine that identifies and rewards the highest-value customers through personalized perks, exclusive access, and automated rewards.
By leveraging GenAI for dynamic segmentation and Boltic for workflow automation, the team created a robust yet highly configurable solution. It stood out not just for its completeness, but for its genuine applicability to merchants who value premium customer experiences.

Runner-up: LoremIpsum
LoremIpsum delivered a no-code analytics assistant that transforms raw data files into actionable insights. Merchants upload a CSV of sales or inventory data and ask natural-language questions like, "Which products performed best last quarter?" Instant visual answers appear as intuitive charts.
Powered by Gemini and Pandas, LoremIpsum simplified data intelligence, empowering smaller merchant teams who need answers quickly—without ever touching a traditional dashboard.

Most Innovative Idea: iSnapToShop
iSnapToShop is a visual-first product discovery tool. Instead of using text-based search, users simply upload a photo—of clothing, shoes, or accessories—and immediately see matching items from the merchant’s catalog.
The team combined OpenAI's CLIP model and FAISS vector search, creating a fast, intuitive, mobile-first experience that completely redefines how customers explore products.
Best UI/UX: BroCode
BroCode created an intelligent bundling system that generates personalized product bundles based on shopping patterns, seasonality, and defined tags.
Its strength lay in its thoughtful interface: clear, responsive, and merchant-ready. Sellers could preview bundles, set rules, and automate deployment effortlessly through Boltic and Copilot integrations. It delivered an intuitive, frictionless experience from start to finish.
Best Tool Usage: StyleSync
StyleSync is an AI-driven styling assistant that provides customers with personalized outfit recommendations, answers fashion-related questions using GPT, and facilitates virtual AR try-ons powered by PixelBin and GlamAR.
Beyond its customer-facing functionality, StyleSync stood out technically—deeply integrating multiple Fynd tools (FDK, Boltic, Copilot, PixelBin, GlamAR) into a single, cohesive solution. It demonstrated exceptional technical execution and effective use of the available developer stack.
