NeoLync operates an electronics manufacturing plant in Tirupati, producing Jio Air Fiber Wi-Fi devices. Like many electronics factories, it used several separate systems - an ERP, MES, WMS and HR tools with some data still managed in spreadsheets.

The challenge: Multiple systems with zero visibility

Disconnected systems

ERP, MES, WMS and HR tools woked separately with no easy way to share data. 

Broken traceability

A unit’s serial number, IMEI, or MAC address was tracked unevenly from PCB to assembly to QA to shipping, making full tracking very hard.

Reactive quality checks

Inspections like SPI, AOI and X-ray were done after production, not during.

Manual procurement

Vendor setup and purchase approvals were done manually, not through a connected system.

No real-time visibility

Genealogy from component to carton

Every unit gets a unique serial number or IMEI bound to it right from the PCB stage, through assembly, QA, packaging and shipment. A unit's full history is now a lookup, not an investigation.

Already running real volume

Operators and line managers use Forge as part of their everyday work, handling a steady production run-rate and absorbing sharp peaks in transaction volume during high-volume runs.

How it looks in day-to-day operations

Work orders include BOM, routing and staffing planned by real capacity. Materials are procured with full traceability. During SMT, assembly and testing, operators follow inspection steps on screens and the line stops automatically if a check fails. Identifiers are linked to units in real time, creating full genealogy. Finished units are scanned for packing, tracked in warehousing, and shipped with ASN and e-invoices generated automatically. Leadership monitors OEE, yield, work orders and station status live instead of waiting for shift-end reports.
