Fynd Launches Indonesia Operations to Power AI-Driven Retail Transformation in a $130 Billion Digital Economy

JAKARTA, 2nd March 2026 – Fynd, a leading AI-native retail technology company backed by Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, today announced its entry into the Indonesian market. This marks a significant step in its Southeast Asia expansion strategy.
Indonesia is the largest e-commerce market in Southeast Asia, accounting for over half of the region’s total online transaction value. Its digital economy is projected to exceed USD 130 billion by 2025, with more than 221 million internet users. This creates a major opportunity for retail innovation. However, Indonesia’s geography, which includes over 17,000 islands, creates supply chain challenges. Retailers are increasingly looking for technology that can unify commerce, optimize fulfilment, and reduce inefficiencies.
As part of its launch in Indonesia, Fynd aims to enable brands and retailers to integrate in-store, online, design, production, and supply chain solutions through its integrated AI-native commerce platform. Fynd’s StoreOS powers advanced POS, Endless Aisle, and Clienteling, while Storefront provides scalable, brand-focused e-commerce experiences. Fynd Konnect brings seamless plug-and-play integration with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other marketplaces, enabling sellers to manage all marketplaces from a single unified dashboard, while its enterprise-grade Warehouse Management (WMS) and Transport Management (TMS) systems streamline inventory and fulfilment. Additionally, Fynd is rolling out Fynd Create, a design and production innovation layer that offers Design-as-a-Service, Garment-as-a-Service, and AI-powered photoshoot capabilities. This allows fashion brands to speed up product development, rely less on traditional sampling and photoshoots, and move more quickly from design to market using data-driven precision.
Together, these solutions give Indonesian retailers and fashion brands a unified framework for product creation, commerce execution, inventory management, and last-mile delivery within a single ecosystem.
To further promote industry adoption, Fynd is teaming up with the Asosiasi Pengusaha Garmen dan Aksesoris Indonesia (APGAI), a government-supported association representing Indonesia’s garment and accessories sector. Established in the early 1990s, APGAI is key to improving the competitiveness of Indonesian fashion businesses. Its members include major retail groups like Delami Group and Sorella Group. Through this partnership, Fynd will collaborate with APGAI to support digital transformation, modernize design and production workflows, and enhance omnichannel infrastructure for member organizations.
“Indonesia doesn’t need incremental e-commerce tools — it needs modern retail infrastructure,” said Ronak Modi, Chief Business Officer - Global, Fynd. “Our entry into Indonesia is about enabling the entire value chain with AI — from design and garment creation to unified commerce and intelligent fulfilment. By partnering with APGAI and bringing our AI-native platform to the market, we aim to help Indonesian brands scale faster, operate more efficiently, and compete confidently on a global stage.”
With its entry into Indonesia, Fynd strengthens its presence in Southeast Asia and complements its operations in India, the GCC, and Africa. The company seeks to empower Indonesian retailers and fashion brands to achieve scalable, AI-driven growth in one of the world's most promising digital commerce markets.
