Mink is a Retail-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform that helps direct-to-consumer (D2C) and emerging brands easily establish their offline retail presence. They provide complete retail support, from store setup to daily operations.

With over 80 partner labels under its umbrella, Mink needed to ensure each brand stayed well-stocked and ready to sell, without the usual chaos of inventory mismatches or slow replenishment cycles.

The challenge: Hard to track, harder to restock

As Mink’s partner network grew, so did the complexity of its operations. Each new brand came with unique SKUs, stock rules, and store demands. The warehouse team had to juggle multiple systems and manual processes to keep everything running.

Limited visibility across stores made it difficult to determine what was selling fast and what was sitting idle. Stock mismatches became common, with some businesses running out of bestsellers while others overstocked.
