Kidbea creates clothing that parents genuinely want their kids to wear - soft, skin-friendly pieces made from bamboo and organic fabrics, designed for infants and young children. Kidbea quickly grew into a truly omnichannel sustainable kidswear brand.
Kidbea sells direct on its Shopify store and across nine marketplaces each with its own listings, order processes and quirks. The brand wanted to expand into physical retail with exclusive outlets, franchises and multi-brand placements across India. Orders ship through Delhivery and Shadowfax, marketplace fulfilment runs via Unicommerce and store billing is used to rely on WizzApp.
Kidbea was everywhere its customers shopped but through separate platforms.
Each channel handled orders on its own with no unified system to see the bigger picture.
Marketplace orders went through Unicommerce and Shopify orders needed to reach the nearest store, but no system coordinated this smartly.
Each store managed its own stock island, so if a customer couldn’t find their size in one place, the sale was often lost even if the item was nearby.
WizzApp handled in-store sales but didn’t link to shared inventory or customer data, leaving a disconnected shopping experience.
This is the typical cost of fast scaling: customers walk out because they can’t find what they want, orders get misrouted and the brand looks unified outside but feels fragmented inside.
Kidbea needed a layer above all of them - a single system that could see every channel and make smart decisions on orders every time.
Fynd centralizes orders from website, marketplaces and retail stores, deciding where each belongs. Real-time inventory sync keeps stock accurate everywhere.
With inventory visibility active in stores, staff can check inventory across all locations, not just their own. If an item isn’t on a shelf, they can order it instantly for home delivery or store pickup, turning potential walkouts into sales.
Fynd replaces WizzApp for in-store billing, working on Android, iOS or Windows devices. It handles product scanning, itemized billing and payments through Pine Labs, Razorpay, UPI, cards and cash. Discounts, returns and exchanges sync centrally, all reporting into one admin dashboard for products, pricing, inventory and customer insights.
The rollout was phased: starting with scope and workflow design, then company and inventory setup, followed by Shopify and marketplace integration, courier testing, live order trials and finally training and hypercare once everything was ready.
Unicommerce keeps managing marketplace fulfilment like before. But instead of nine marketplaces, one storefront and a growing store network running separate truths, Kidbea now has one system overseeing it all.
Whether from Shopify, a marketplace or a store counter, orders route where they can be fulfilled fastest - no manual decisions needed.
Staff can instantly check inventory across locations and fulfill from wherever the item is available.
Shopify, marketplaces and store counters all share one live inventory, not multiple conflicting versions.
Modern billing, integrated payments and real reporting connect in-store sales to the same system driving online success.
For a brand growing fast across many channels, the solution wasn’t just about doing one thing better - it was about giving every channel a clear, unified view of the whole business.
