Stop Auto-Credit Note Generation for Invoiced Order

We now have conditional Auto Credit Note Generation based on settings.

If the Auto Credit Note Generation toggle is disabled at the store level, no Credit Note will be generated for canceled orders, even if an invoice is generated. If enabled, a Credit Note will be generated with the invoice. If enabled then the Credit Note will be generated when the invoice is generated.

Generate Credit Note when RTO Order is Accepted

Previously, when a RTO order was marked as delivered, a credit note and e-invoice were automatically generated. However, this led to unnecessary credit note and e-invoice generation if the delivery failed. Sometimes, returns were accepted in a new financial year while the e-invoice was generated in the previous year, causing GST filing issues.

With this update, credit notes and e-invoices are now generated only when the RTO order is accepted.

Clickstream Event Support

We have introduced a new feature that consolidates all click event data in one place, making it easy to track, report, and store user interactions. Users can subscribe to this feature in the Clickstream event section of Webhooks to receive tracking data for actions like adding to the cart, searching for products, or removing items from the cart.
