Integration of PhonePe and CredPay

In this feature update, a new feature will be introduced on gofynd.com, allowing users to utilize PhonePe and Cred wallets as payment modes through the Razorpay payment gateway. This enhancement offers convenient and additional payment options for a seamless shopping experience.

Platform Analytics: Module Incorporated–Logistics & User

In this feature update, substantial improvements have been implemented in the Analytics section of the Fynd Platform. The dashboard has been expanded to offer two new modules, namely Logistics (enhanced) and Users, which have been introduced alongside the existing order and inventory modules.

Following are the updated modules:

Logistics:

Last Mile Success Ratio: Measures the success rate of the final leg of delivery.
On-time Delivery Rate: Indicates the percentage of orders delivered on or before the promised time.
Delay Delivery Rate: Measures the percentage of orders that experience delivery delays.
Store Performance Metrics [Return, RTO & Cancel]: Provides insights into the performance metrics related to returns, RTO (Return to Origin), and cancellations.
Reason Analysis [Cancel & Return]: Offers an analysis of reasons behind order cancellations and returns.

User:

Conversion Ratio: Reflects the percentage of website visitors who complete the desired action, typically making a purchase.
Average Time Spent: Indicates the average duration users spend on the platform.
Abandoned Cart Ratio: Measures the percentage of users who add products to their cart but do not complete the checkout process.
User Lifetime Value: Estimates the total revenue generated by a user over their entire relationship with the platform.
User Journey Funnel: Maps the stages of the user journey from the home page to checkout [conversion].
New User vs Returning User Ratio: Chat compares the proportion of new users to returning users.
Total Page Views: Counts the overall number of pages viewed on the platform.

Report: Sellers now have the flexibility to customize, save, export, schedule, and email reports directly from the Analytics/Report section.

Steps:

1. Log in to the Fynd Platform.

2. Navigate to Analytics > Dashboard.

3. If the seller wants to see the On-time Delivery Rate between Oct 6 and Oct 12, 2023.

4. Click the Logistics or User module.

5. Seller can see the percentage of orders delivered on or before the promised time or user related data.

6. Click View Report.

7. A report page will appear, allowing you to select the preferred date range.

8. Click Save As to save the report.

9. Give a name to the report.

10. Click Save.
