India Phygital Report is the country's first-ever in-depth omnichannel benchmarking report.
Launched at the Phygital Retail Convention by Fynd, in collaboration with knowledge partner Strategy& (part of PwC network) and initiated by Images Group, India Phygital Index 2024 is the second edition of this initiative. It delves deep into the truths of omnichannel adoption, exploring everything from technology integration and adoption to loyalty and marketing strategies. The report reveals these truths based on 500 offline surveys across 500 stores of 200 brands and an analysis of 4.4 million e-commerce transactions across 350 brands.
The report features an omnichannel maturity index, allowing brands to measure their omnichannel readiness across various parameters. This index utilizes well-defined scoring criteria across multiple phygital activities.
