No, it will not. Your operations will remain as they are, now with an additional sales channel through the ONDC network.

Does Fynd also provide logistics integrations?

Yes. The Fynd Seller App provides integrated Delivery Partner options like BlueDart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, and Shadowfax. However, sellers are responsible for their monthly charges.

In the event of returns or RTO, who covers the logistics costs?

The seller is responsible for logistics costs in cases of RTO and returns.

Which buyer apps and ONDC version is Fynd integrated with?

We support the latest ONDC network version 1.2, ensuring compatibility with any Buyer App on this version, automatically showcasing your products.

Are there any agreements or terms and conditions to accept?
