Hacktimus is a hackathon organized by Fynd, designed to bring innovation to commerce tech and push the limits. You’ll build your app with the help of Boltic and solve real-world problems, take your code to live, and compete for prizes.

Anyone aged 18+ legally residing in India and currently pursuing engineering with a passing year of 2025, 2026 & 2027 can participate.

Yes! There is no registration fee. You just need to bring your skills and ideas.

Yes, registration is first-come, first-served, with a cap of 150 participants. Make sure to sign up early!

This is a single-participation hackathon, where you need to participate individually; no team is required.

Yes! The kickoff (Dec 5th) is in-person, and we’d love to have you there. It’s a chance to meet mentors, finalize ideas, and start strong.

Day 0 marks the kick-off, during which you’ll need to be present at the Fynd office in Mumbai. After that, you can continue building online. The final days will feature a 24-hour offline hackathon held at the Fynd office in Mumbai.

Yes! Our DevEx team and industry experts will provide guidance throughout the event. We’re here to help with tech, deployment, and making your idea production-ready.

You’ll have to go through the documentation that we provide you on Day 0 and then continue developing online for 5 days. We’ll have check-ins, support sessions, and a dedicated help desk to assist you.

No! You must either pick from our given list or propose your own use case. If you’re choosing your own, you must submit a Scope of Work (SOW) and get it approved by one of the mentors before you start building.

To qualify for judging, your project must be live in production: this means your app/workflow must be deployed and functional.

Submissions will be evaluated based on Innovation & creativity, Technical implementation, User experience & design, Business impact, and Production readiness (it must be live!)

Yes! You’re free to use AI-powered tools as long as the final submission is your original work and follows all licensing guidelines.
