Order Management System
New Feature
Returnless Refunds Now Live in OMS
Merchants can now issue a full or partial refund while letting the customer keep the product. A new Refund Without Return action appears in two spots:
- Delivered shipment view
- Return-request verification screen
Select the option, choose a reason code, confirm the amount, and the refund is processed instantly. Payment reconciliation updates automatically, the item is tagged as customer-retained so it never re-enters stock, and a complete audit trail is stored for finance and compliance. Ideal for groceries, fast-moving consumer goods, low-value accessories, or damaged items where reverse logistics costs exceed product value.
New Feature
Configurable OMS Permissions in Teams
OMS permissions are now configurable directly from the Teams section, enabling merchants to define custom access controls while creating or editing user roles. Previously, OMS permissions were mapped to a fixed set of predefined roles managed at the backend, making it difficult to tailor access based on specific operational needs.
With this update, all OMS permissions are exposed in the Teams interface, allowing merchants to selectively assign only the required permissions to a role. This ensures that users receive access strictly aligned with their responsibilities, while still managing all permissions from a single role configuration interface.
This enhancement removes the dependency on backend role updates and allows businesses to design roles that accurately reflect their workflows and team structures.

User and Authentication
New Feature
Editable Customer Profiles for Merchants
Merchants can now correct a customer’s basic profile details such as name, date of birth, and gender directly on the Customer Details page. The form enforces proper formats, shows validation messages in real time, and records every change in the audit log for full traceability. Updates sync instantly across connected systems so every touchpoint always references the latest information.
