- Open the affected unit: Find the Production Task, quality record, or material record.
- Choose the exception: Select Hold, Scrap, or Teardown according to the approved decision.
- Enter the reason: Select the configured reason and add notes, evidence, affected quantity, and ownership.
- Confirm the action: Review the irreversible impact before selecting Confirm.
- Complete follow-up: Release a Hold only after resolution, or record recovered Components during Teardown.
