Step-by-step in Forge
Navigation: Manufacturing → Repair & Rework
- Open the repair queue: Open Repair & Rework and select Repair Queue.
- Find the unit: Search by serial or Work Order and open the failed Production Task.
- Record diagnosis: Enter symptoms, failure diagnosis, repair actions, and replacement Components.
- Validate the repair: Complete the required checks and select the valid repair result.
- Return or rework: Send the unit back to the allowed Routing point or create the controlled Rework action.
