- Open Master Traceability: Open Traceability and select Master Traceability.
- Choose the lookup: Select finished-unit, Component serial, material lot, or container search.
- Enter or scan the identity: Submit the serial, batch, lot, or container value.
- Review history: Inspect the Work Order, operation timeline, Stations, quality events, packaging, and shipment.
- Follow genealogy: Expand upstream consumed material and downstream affected units.
- Start containment when needed: Use the verified result to export the population or create a Recall Notice.
