This integration enables instant OTP delivery for authentication, along with SMS updates for order confirmations, delivery tracking, and other transactional messages.

Enhanced COD Handling for Orders with Multiple Payment Methods

Orders involving multiple payment methods (e.g., part prepaid, part COD) will now be accurately classified as COD in the Order Management System (OMS) if the COD collectable amount is greater than zero. This enhancement ensures:

  • Accurate delivery partner assignment based on each partner’s defined COD limits
  • Correct collection of COD amount by the delivery partner at the time of delivery
