The world is a messed up place. There’s so much evil around us, it’s hard to keep yourself in check. You know how Mahatma Gandhi used 3 monkeys as an example? Mizaru ( 見ざる ), who sees no evil. Kikazaru ( 聞かざる ), who hears no evil. Iwazaru ( 言わざる ), who speaks no evil. All of this requires a lot of self control. Let’s try to practise it.
