Q: What all payment options are available on Fynd?

A: Fynd supports all major payment options listed below: Credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, Pay later, Cash on Delivery (Only available Below ₹3000)

Q: How does the Cash On Delivery (COD) option work?

A: Fynd’s Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders below ₹3000

Q: What is the COD limit?

A: Cash On Delivery is available only below ₹3000

Q: Why can’t I see the COD option on my payment page?

A: In this case, please check your order value. If your order value is above ₹3000, COD option will not reflect on your payment page.

Q: What should I do if my order placement fails but the amount is deducted from my bank account?

A: Usually in such situations an Order ID will not be generated at our end and we will not be able to verify whether the amount has been deducted from your account. You can drop an email or chat with us to inform us about the issue, however, the best way to sort it out will be to contact your credit/debit card issuing company, bank or wallet which you used to make the payment. They will be easily able to reverse the charges and solve your issue at the earliest.

Q: What should I do if my payment fails?

A: If your payment fails, you can complete the order using a different payment method or try again after some time.
